50 first dates

One thing that has been as in this journey that now have lasted a year and a half has been new.
It is a new expereince, the content, the process the how to from Joseph Riggios material and support has been rewarding.
And I continue to refine, define, destill, extract, compile and as so I think I never ever get done.

It isnt about the "like this" since it as easy as anything goes.

But about package the essence in a form that suits my criteria of being easy to do and achive practical results.

Those that attended the NLP Practitioner in spring 2004 got the new update in autmn and they was again blown away of the simplicity "again" presented.

For me personally it has carried a deeper answer to the questions I sought in the NLP field.

I watched the movie "50 first dates" with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
For me, that movie contains a lot of what I myself resonate to.

It starts out crazy funny, presenting some hilarious people.
It continues while the Character Adam Sandler plays finds true love.
He does so by falling in love with someone who suits his lifestyle perfectly, someone who loose her memory again and again each night she falls asleep and when she wakes up, her day starts over thinking it is the day of 13 october but it is a year later.

She had an accident and now have short term memory loss.

So Adam Sandler has to when he got her interest to start over each day letting her falling in love with him again.

Now, here the movie as far goes, presents fun, hilarious, crazy and under the belt humor that are the style of sandler.

Then all in the end of the movie shifts and everything is still the same.

I find humor important for several reasons.

I found the movie entertaining and still offer a depth that few such movies offers other than make fun of people.

For me it offers the same structure as "the last samurai" with Tom Cruse where he went for the lifestyle of a samurai.
Where he found perfect moments in the art of war it still comes from a serious subject.

How can we create the expereince each day, each moment to be special?
So it counts so much that it is driven by our deepest desires, our deepest hope, our deepest fear and still it stands still, the wind falls down, the sea changes and the water reflects nothing.

The waves dissapears.

Where did they go?

I went for the dive, the immersion, the way to find out why.

Want to go for a swim?

Life Unfolding

So this day I had the opportuinity to meet a few people and talk to some on the phone.

I chatted with my golfer which I coach and he is on track preparing to play well next season.
I also did meet my triathlon girl which has the ambition to go for the olympics in 4 years and she now suddenly look forward to compete instead of worrying her ass off before. She dosnt reconnize herself as so since it is new.

I also did meet some people, one who is still lost but on the right track and which i pointed out what he needed to have.

I had a client a 15 year old girl who was so nervous she bit her nails so much they wasnt visible.
I helped her change her life around using the pivotpoint of fear isnt needed to have just being selfcentered and secure in that and to be able to prepare in advance how things when they are new was already done.

I also had a chat with my canadian friend who is arranging for me to come and visit canada and Montreal and to teach them about the riggio model the way living life was meant to be lived.

It was and has been a great day.

Thx Joseph.

Perfect Moments

Isnt it just typical, one more day of having a day being perfect?

It just ruins your life getting moments of being in the grow, in the grunge or whatever people use words for.

I taught a class today, what happen was pretty amazing, people got into levels of experience few ever get into touch with and they could stay as they was even when things did happen at very emotinal levels.

But having days when you wake up, everything flows, all is done as it should be, everything that happens is just that what is happening nothing more nothing else.

I guess this shit works.

What is missing?

I remember when at an early age reading books in the library, I did read all kind of books, fantasy, science fiction, horse books and all kind of stories about aliens and universe and magic.

I guess that is why magic has such an impact for me.

Magic is one of those words we sometimes use to describe what isnt understood.

If we apply this for ourselves we can I guess come into the world and try to figure out what life is about for us. What is the meaning for me in the universe?

If we dosnt understand we go somewhere to find answers.
When I find myself involved in NLP I always asked a lot of questions since I like to know things.
In that I am a bit childlike asking "what is this" and sometimes people look strangely at me.

If we know where we are going people will be able to plan accordingly, they know what will be missing. But if we dont know we end up missing the boat.

Often what happens using NLP people learn to create outcomes and connect those to external events using the internal senses, how would it look like, what you be hearing and saying, how would it feel like stepping inside that car and feel the leather seats?

That is done so we can create a sense of reality "it" becomes more real to us.

When people have a bordeline personality and those few I been exposed to have stated things like, "I dissapear when my housband leaves the room".
And of course if you dissolve your personality I guess anyone would feel a bit strange.

What is happening is that the person is using the external events as a signal to internal events and that creates a confusion about how they are to organize themselves to when their housband leaves the room.

If we follow the ideas proposed by Joseph Riggio the creator of Mythoself that each time we express ourselves we use the full sum of the system both mind and body is a singular event.
There is no "parts" then but a very fast shift between one singular event and another.

The idea in Mythoself is to decide to what kind of internal system you would like to organize yourself from and using the GDS and GTS togheter creates what Joseph calls Intent.
Still that alone does not taking care of all the rubbish we learned trough the ages but is an essential step towards a well formed being.

If I am like this, in essence this is how I am, how would I know that?
We are so influenced by society that many never know who they are and why they do things, they simply do them and never or rarely think "is this what I am suppose to be doing in my life"?

People who are deeply successful in emotions they do things they cherish each and every moment being alive. They do things in relation to an inner sanctuary of being at harmony with themselves and the surrondings they choosed to indulge in.

I remember many years ago looking at my parents life that I would not do that and live my life as they had done. It was many times so painful for me to see what they had done.

So I decided otherwise for me.

So what is missing?

We can only miss something if there is something to be missing.

The last year has been a most rewarding one and it is all thanks to one man, Joseph Riggio.
In his work I found the missing tools that I had been looking for.

I have been able to re-write and update what I have previously learned from others in NLP and the stuff I myself have developed.

Anytime we spend some time with someone we get imprinted or influenced either we know it or not. This also becomes the awareness to spend time with people who urge you to be at your best all the time and will always support you in what ever endavuor you indugle yourself in.

Doing the Mythoself work people will sometimes change friends and sometimes even their spouse.
Beacuse what happens is that suddenly you are free from all that bound you to be like that.

Now you can be like this.

Moving, freely, seeing the oceans waves flow back and forth and sitting there enjoying your life.

Then you continue to what is next.
Someone has to chop some wood, fuel that fire and get food to the plate.
It gets cold and chilly in the evenings and when you get hungry someone has prepared dinner.
if not, you got to.

But you be doing things enjoying them in whatever endavour you do.

Being at your best.
